I spent a very fun Saturday morning at Canadian Barista Institute. Jamie and Seema are both very knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to their craft. I learned a lot about espresso and (surprising!) learned a lot about the business of coffee in North America. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who enjoys coffee.

thank you Esraa!
