At our Etobicoke Lab we offer this 4 day bundle on the weekends only. Reach out by Email or phone to schedule your class times. We do our best to accommodate all class schedule requests. You can also mix and match class times between our 3 GTA Labs.

Curriculum:  This 4-day bundle of classes brings together our most important classes to give you a clear pathway on how to open and run your own cafe. The 4-day course is a comprehensive program that covers the business, finances, art, and science of coffee. Participants will learn about coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, latte art, and more, and gain hands-on experience with the latest equipment and techniques. This program is ideal for individuals looking to start a business, a career or expand your knowledge in the coffee industry.

Registration: Pre-registration required, no drop-ins.

Class Sizes are small with most of the class time being hands on giving you lots of time to learn.

Private Groups: We can accommodate private group training on weekdays and weekends - just ask and we are happy to schedule your course to work best for your coffee business needs.

Day 1 class times 10:30 am to 4 pm
Day 2 class times 10:30 am to 4 pm
Day 3 class times 10:30 am to 530 pm
Day 4 class times 10:30 am to 5 pm
