"Les is incredibly patient & knowledgeable and is more then happy to answer any question you have. All four barista courses seamlessly flow into each other and the courses are structured in a very easy and logical way.
We now know what good coffee is supposed to taste like, how to evaluate multiple coffees at a time and even learnt how to pour latte art with zero prior experience.
