The instructors flexibility made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The curriculum was comprehensive, covering everything from bean selection to espresso extraction techniques, latte art, and customer service and more. Each lesson was delivered with clarity and enthusiasm, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply.

As a teacher, he was absolutely fantastic. His passion for coffee was contagious, and his teaching style was engaging and informative. He took the time to tailor the training to our individual needs, patiently answering all of our questions and providing clear, insightful instruction.
