Shop Pay Instalments Now Available at Canadian Barista Institute - Buy Now Pay Later

We’re excited to announce that you can now register for our courses and training bundles using Shop Pay Installments. This flexible payment option lets eligible customers in Canada split their course payments into smaller increments over time.

What is Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments lets you pay for an order in bi-weekly or monthly installments instead of all at once. It’s powered and serviced by Affirm and is available on orders between $35 CAD and $30,000 CAD (including discounts, shipping, and taxes).

When you choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout, you’ll be applying for a loan through Affirm. If approved, your purchase will be divided into smaller payments, making it easier to plan your training investment.

Payment Plans

• 2 or 4 bi-weekly payments — no additional charges or interest.
• Monthly installments — may be subject to interest (depending on plan offered).
• Early payments — you can pay your balance off early without penalties.
• Large orders — for purchases over $20,000 CAD, a $10,000 CAD down payment is required.

Eligibility

• Must be over 18 and living in Canada.
• Payments must be made in CAD.
• Checking your eligibility will not impact your credit score.
• Once you accept payment plan terms, payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
• To use Shop Pay Installments, you’ll need a Canadian shipping address.

Fees or Penalties

• No hidden fees, no late fees.
• Partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.
• Interest may apply only to monthly installment plans.

Restricted Items

Shop Pay Installments can’t be used for certain items, including but not limited to:

• Cash advances or money transfers
• Illegal items or regulated products
• Weapons, narcotics, or currency (including cryptocurrency)
