"I signed up for the Barista Level 1 course for a couple of reasons. On the personal side, I wanted to create the’ latte experience’ in my home, while in my pajamas. Starting a new food business in Vancouver made it a necessity. Two birds and all that! Les was amazing. He helped to remove the mystery of the perfect espresso. Now it is all about practice. Looking forward to the follow up courses."
