"I signed up for the Barista Level 1 course for a couple of reasons. On the personal side, I wanted to create the’ latte experience’ in my home, while in my pajamas. Starting a new food business in Vancouver made it a necessity. Two birds and all that! Les was amazing. He helped to remove the mystery of the perfect espresso. Now it is all about practice.
