" I was able to take the roasting course in Vancouver with Les and then we both were able to take the Barista course in Calgary with Jamie.
Both were great experiences. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and supportive; but they give real world scenarios of what you may be facing in the coffee industry. We would highly recommend these courses.
