"I run an employment program for young women through the YWCA in Metro Vancouver. As a part of our program we assist the program participants in gaining skills and certifications which will equip them towards reaching their employment goals in customer service and hospitality roles. Jamie and his team at Canadian Coffee Academy went above and beyond to ensure that the women in Online Essentials had a fantastic, educational and inspiring experience learning about coffee. They made the course both accessible and practical. We are grateful for their partnership!"
