"I just finished a course at the Canadian Barista Institute and honestly loved it. It was super hands-on and actually practical, not just standing around listening. I feel way more confident with espresso, milk, and overall workflow now.
Gio was amazing, really knowledgeable but also explained everything in a way that actually made sense. She made it feel comfortable to ask questions and really learn instead of feeling rushed.
You can tell they care about doing things properly. If you’re serious about coffee or want to level up your skills, I’d definitely recommend it"
