Jamie is an expert as he has an enthusiasm for coffee. His knowledge and views are extraordinary. During the program, his straightforward and simple approach to explanations gave me an insight into the coffee industry’s history. Furthermore, he spends lots of time teaching and guiding students’ coffee brewing techniques. In summary, he is an authentic, practical and sincere person who cares for his students and the quality of his programs, about which you can find out from the machines that he uses and the time he spends on us. Thank you very much for his efforts in creating this program that benefits me a lot. In addition, I met a group of coffee buddies who are willing to help others out, as well as sharing. It’s a pleasant and positive experience.
