We were considering starting a coffee shop and came across the Canadian Barista & Coffee shop academy and thought that it would be a good idea to take their online Espresso + Entrepreneur crash course. I am so glad that I did as even though we thought we had great ideas for our coffee shop, the knowledge and insight I received from taking the course with Jamie proved invaluable when working on our business plan. I would even recommend taking the course if you are not thinking about opening a coffee shop and are just a coffee lover that may be interested to know more about the beverage you enjoy daily, the coffee shops you enjoy visiting and what to expect from coffee shops. The 3 hours course with Jamie went by so fast as he is super easy to talk with and knowledgeable. As soon as I am able to, I would love to take their in-person 4-day training course. For me the value I received from the course far exceeded what I paid.
