An Independent Artisan Specialty Coffee Hub for Barista & Café Training

Our team of expert barista trainers, business consultants, and competition-level judges deliver hands-on training in espresso, latte art, and coffee business education for aspiring baristas and café owners.

Our courses welcome all levels — from beginners to working pros. We post class schedules in advance and kindly request payment through the website prior to attending. Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot.

🚗 Parking

There is paid street-side parking on the south side of Geary Avenue. You’ll need the Green P app to park here.

Looking for free parking? You may find street-side spots on Salem Avenue North or Westmoreland Avenue North, just half a block west and east of the Lab. It’s first-come, first-served, so arrive early if you can.

🍽️ Food for Class

You don’t need your usual coffee before class — you’ll have plenty of opportunities to make some during your session! We recommend bringing water, snacks, and a packed lunch so you don’t lose time waiting at nearby restaurants.
