We flew in from Quebec City & it was definitely worth the trip! We took Barista Levels 1-4 as well as the Business course. It was a good mix of theory & hands on practice. Jamie & Gio are super knowledgeable, great teachers, make you feel comfortable from the start & have you leaving confident. We genuinely looked forward to & enjoyed every class. Thank you again!

It is nice experience to learn about the coffee industry as well as practice barista skills . Jamie and gio are good instructor with clear instructions , skillful and wonderful booklets . Would recommend to try and take a class to understand more about the industry
