About the Calgary Lab

 

Since the early 1990s, our seasoned trainers have been delivering hands-on training courses and providing in-house consulting services to a diverse clientele, including cafe owners, managers, baristas, and coffee roaster entrepreneurs. In a significant expansion of our operations, we inaugurated a state-of-the-art lab in May 2019, strategically located in Calgary, Alberta. This establishment allows us to extend our decades of expertise in artisan boutique specialty coffee services to the esteemed province of Alberta.
