Who is this course for:
- For Beginners to Advanced
- You want to learn about and work in specialty coffee
- Improve your Coffee Shop barista and drink standards
Curriculum: Even if you have read barista how-to books, watched youtube videos and have prior cafe work experience, you are probably still struggling with consistency in espresso and latte art. This class will fix that because students will get personalized step by step, repeatable, practical, hands-on barista training from our expert trainers in latte art microfoaming, espresso making, safe handling and use of the grinder and espresso machine, coffee cupping, tastings and how to prepare all the classic espresso based drinks.
Throughout the 2 days of classes you will also learn to embody the barista mission and fundamental skills. Understanding ‘why’ you do something makes you more consistent with each and every customer. This will ensure the cafe you work at delivers consistent quality tasting drinks.
Our way of teaching will inspire and empower you to be the best expert barista you can possibly be.
This course combines our popular Barista Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 classes into one comprehensive barista training bundle.
