Since the early 1990s, our instructors have helped thousands of students — including café owners, managers, baristas, and coffee entrepreneurs — build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the specialty coffee industry across Canada. Through hands-on training, we ensure students of all levels receive focused, one-on-one instruction in a welcoming, professional environment.

Located in Saint-Laurent, the Montreal Lab is a dedicated hub for barista training, espresso technique, and coffee business education — all backed by decades of experience in specialty coffee. Courses are offered in both English and French. Voir les cours en français.
