I loved my experience, the 4 day training was great and exceeded my expectations. I did the mix of business and barista training and it was very complete. I learned a lot and it was very interactive. It was a great combination of theory and practice and our teacher Jamie was great. He was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, positive and had a good sense of humor. The small group is great for interacting and hands on learning. I would definitely recommend to someone who has interest in the coffee industry, is exploring or planning on opening a coffee shop soon or in the near future.
