"I'm generally someone who doesn't leave reviews, but I think this one was more than necessary. I took the course this past week with Jamie at the institute and sincerely could not have appreciated it more. As someone who had been working in the restaurant industry for a very long time, it was important for me to understand the art of coffee making a little further. It made me realize that I had been making coffees improperly for the better part of my life. The course itself was informative, well paced and very interactive. The fact that the course was often related to the students' experiences and also needs for their future projects made it easy, super interesting to follow and definitely made me want to pay attention even more. Lastly, the teacher is what did it all for me. Jamie was super interesting, knew how to keep us engaged and used real life and current examples to keep interested and following. His knowledge is immediately recognizable as well as his passion for coffee. I appreciated the patience in helping me unlearn the bad habits I had developed over the years. I highly recommend taking the course with Jamie for anyone has who has even remotely a little interest in learning about coffee and how to make it the right way. Thank again!"
