This is a remote, deep-dive consultation for alumni who want guidance on layout, bar flow, menu design, and operational planning before building or renovating their space.

If you require in-person, on-site training or multi-day mentorship, please use:
Alumni Consulting & Foster-Style Mentorship.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Opening a Coffee Business Course (2 days) and submission of your research package (*see instructions below*).

Format: Remote consultation (video call, phone, and document review)
Duration: One 4-hour session + three 1-hour follow-up sessions

Why This Consultation Matters

Your layout, workflow, and menu determine 80% of your café’s daily efficiency, customer flow, labour cost, and profitability. Most design mistakes come from architects, designers, or DIY café owners who have never worked in a busy, high-volume coffee shop.

This consultation uses real-world experience—not franchise templates—to help you make correct decisions from the start.

  • Staffing impacts based on layout & menu decisions

Startup Feasibility & Concept Validation
