" Amazing experience. If you know how a barista works well after the course you will know the why for sure. You can learn from YouTube but the facility with real cafe style espresso machines and opportunity to make mistakes and improve before going in field is a bonus. Instructor Jamie is a showstopper with vast knowledge and plethora of examples. If you run a cafe or plan to own one definitely recommended. Plus being a part of wider specialty coffee community and opportunities to network.
