You can learn from YouTube but the facility with real cafe style espresso machines and opportunity to make mistakes and improve before going in field is a bonus. Instructor Jamie is a showstopper with vast knowledge and plethora of examples. If you run a cafe or plan to own one definitely recommended. Plus being a part of wider specialty coffee community and opportunities to network.
