" We attended classes in Vancouver. Registering was easy. They even recommended a great hotel for our stay! I loved that the course was more detailed that what I could have just found on You-Tube. Watching online is not the same experience as actually having an instructor show you the consistency of the milk (correcting your attempts) and showing you how to finely manipulate the grind and timing to find the sweet spot of different coffee beans and different roasts.
