" 5 members of our GerhardsCanada.com team spent 2 days with Les learning from his vast experience in coffee. The coffee tasting class was excellent, really opening our minds and palates. Going back to the basics of espresso and drink prep, and cutting through the fluff was refreshing. In whole, the class was very informative and practical. If opening a cafe, I would consider this a must-do. The business aspect and theory in deciding how to position a new cafe would be instrumental. Of course, Les tailored the class to what would benefit us the most, which was most appreciated. The academy was very flexible, even incorporating the Pacific plant-based barista milks that Gerhards Canada imports into the steaming and latte art portion. A+! "
