" I appreciated how my instructor Les brought decades of industry experience into the classroom without pretense. His philosophy of teaching coffee and espresso cultivates an appreciation and approachability for the art and science of espresso and the general world of coffee, in an attempt to send better professionals into the world and elevate the industry as a whole. The lab in Vancouver allows valuable experience on commercial machines to learn the basics and Les and his co-instructors are very willing to answer questions.
