Scaceing the Astrolab - Fiamma

We put the Fiamma Astrolab to the test with the Scace Thermofilter Device to see how steady its temperature is during espresso extraction.

We ran a few simulated shots to see how steady the machine stays under real café conditions and the temperature in Celsius remained stable within about ±1°C.
