Curriculum: This 4-day bundle of classes brings together our most important classes with a discounted price tag to give you a clear pathway on how to open and run your own cafe. The 4-day course is a comprehensive program that covers the business, finances, art, and science of coffee. Participants will learn about coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, latte art, and more, and gain hands-on experience with the latest equipment and techniques. This program is ideal for individuals looking to start a business, a career or expand your knowledge in the coffee industry.

Class Sizes are small with most of the class time being hands on giving you lots of time to learn.
