"Excellent course for lovers of espresso and those with some espresso knowledge. Brought 2 staff members to training with me and they also enjoyed and learned, as we were beginners. Improvement in presenting some basic coffee terms/knowledge as we were not familiar with some of the coffee "lingo", but it has caused us to do our own research as we begin our Coffee business. Overall, a good experience and Gio (the instructor) was knowledgeable and pleasant. We did learn great espresso techniques."
