Overall my experience at the institute was great! I learned quite a lot, it was actually an eye opener. Very happy for all the knowledge and skills I acquired. I would definitely recommend it to future baristas or anyone interested in the industry. The instructors were excellent. They did a really good job teaching/explaining the course material. It was easy to understand, conceive and execute. By the end of the course I was completing tasks successfully with relative ease. Also, in my instance, for my particular needs and interests in the industry the instructor went above and beyond the course material. As I said, overall, very happy.
