Wood N Frog Coffee Company Barista Training Review

" When my partner and I decided that we would open a roastery cafe, the first thing we did (after attending the Canadian Coffee and Tea Show, and the Specialty Coffee Association conference in Portland) was to sign up for level 1 and 2 Barista Trainings at the Canadian Barista Institute. It was one of the best things we ever did in our coffee education. In fact, the training was so thorough that when we opened the cafe, we brought in the Academy trainers to train all of our newly hired baristas and work with us in developing our roasting techniques as well. It may seem like a big price tag for training, but we believe it's the best in the business, and money very well spent! "
