As a coffee roaster/owner I appreciated the candid information delivered in a very straightforward manner. I have taken a course with the SCA as well and it was also very good, but I found this course far superior in it's delivery. I have left this course with more tools to evaluate and improve my roasting abilities. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is in the industry."
